Comfort Club Maintenance
Plan
1st Safety! Household furnaces are the leading cause of death by
Carbon Monoxide. Our annual system rejuvenation was built on the idea that you
should sleep soundly knowing your family is safe from this deadly poison.
2nd You Need Priority Service! Truth is, there's just not enough
qualified techs when you need service the most. You want same-day service. Our
Service Plan Members Get it.
3rd Your System Won't Break! Heating and cooling systems, like cars, need
a routine looking after. Our annual system rejuvenation is designed to spot
troubles before they arise. This will save you time, money and frustration.
4th Price Protection! Service Plan Members get our best pricing. The silver club,
(our most popular plan) saves you 20% on repairs, Just one service call could
easily save more than an entire years worth of membership dues.
Eligibility: All Systems are required to have a safety inspection before
acceptance of application. Systems must be safe, clean and free of operational
defects.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by simply
calling the
company and requesting a cancellation. No refunds for unused services allowed.
We
reserve the right to cancel this agreement for any reason with 60 days notice.
Lapse in membership payments greater than 45 days will result in immediate
termination of
membership and benefits.
Transferability: If you sell your home, you may transfer the membership
to the new
owners without charge or inspection. If you relocate with in our trading area
and
choose to enroll equipment at your new address, we will waive any pre-inspection
fees that may apply.
Discounts: Percentage based discounts are based solely on our
standardized flat rate pricing guide. Thermostats will be replaced with digital
thermostats backed by a lifetime warranty.
Equipment Replacement: Only the furnace, Boiler, Air
handler, condenser/heat pump and evaporator coil are covered. Accessories such
as air cleaners, humidifiers, etc are not covered under this plan. Units
installed in attics will be replaced under this plan between October and may.
This feature of membership will become null and void immediately following the
inspection, service, repair or maintenance of covered equipment by anyone other
than A-Plus Mechanical Services, or its agents and representatives. Replacement
of equipment will be determined solely by A-Plus or its agents, and no 3rd party
may make this decision on our behalf or yours.
Membership Begins: Membership begins on the 1st of the month following
the
initial date of service/inspection. ACH and credit card transactions will occur
between the 1st and 9th day if each month.
Freight: Company pays all standard freight charges if any. Service Plan
Members
pay non-standard charges including compressors, heat exchangers and overnight,
where applicable.
Membership Dues will be deducted from your V/MC credit card account on the
5th day of each month, or on the 1st business day after the 5th day of each
month.
